An 11-year veteran of the Communication Security Establishment Canada (CSEC), Pierre led advanced technical teams tasked with protecting Canada’s national interests in cyberspace. While the majority of Pierre’s projects remain classified, Pierre established a strong reputation among ‘5- Eyes’ nations as a leading expert and innovator in cyber intelligence operations.
His declassified awards include the CSEC Excellency Award and the Chief of the Defence Staff Commendation. While working alongside British and American counterparts, Pierre lead teams of 100+ members to combat the most advanced cyber threats originating from both state and non-state actors.
Pierre is experienced in working within a complex, enterprise-level networking environment using the most advanced technologies. His technical experience ranges from securing low-level infrastructure and endpoint systems to interfacing with dynamic and cross-functional networks.
Stewart Guenther is co-founder of The Venture Capital Roundtable and the [vc-pert] an initiative bridging Silicon Valley with early stage entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, and centers of innovation forming in growing economies.
He has participated in the capital raise of boutique venture firms targeting enterprise software, media and entertainment, alternative energy, and vital homeland security and homeland defense sectors.
A serial entrepreneur by nature, Stewart continues to form micro- businesses, leveraging mobility and e-commerce to target unique niche markets. Mr. Guenther brings a wealth of international experience, working with firms ranging from multi-billion dollar corporations to start-up companies. Stewart has held senior product, marketing, and business development roles in mobile and entertainment software, e-commerce, embedded systems, and semiconductor capital equipment companies. During this time, Stewart successfully promoted products, services and technologies globally from concept through maturity and exit.
Stewart specializes in early stage ventures in global economies, seed/venture financing and structures, financial and expansion modeling, community/relationship development, product launch/marketing, and various other start-up related fields. Stewart advises select international start-ups and corporations on business planning, international expansion and capital sourcing.
Maxime is a versatile software developer, programmer and hacker with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in which he completed his masters degree at Sherbrooke’s University. With more than 12 years of experience as a software developer, Maxime brings his experience with strengths in System Programming on Windows, Mac OS X and iOS leveraging his in depth C, C++, Obj C and Python knowledge. During his work at Arc4dia, Maxime has contributed to a Python compiler for multiple Windows executable format as well as being the primary responsible for porting the SNOW agent to Mac OS X. He takes it as a personal mission to build upon and disseminate Arcadia's technical expertise, in order to help businesses to protect and defend themselves from cyber threats.
