An 11-year veteran of the Communication Security Establishment Canada (CSEC), Pierre led advanced technical teams tasked with protecting Canada’s national interests in cyberspace. While the majority of Pierre’s projects remain classified, Pierre established a strong reputation among ‘5- Eyes’ nations as a leading expert and innovator in cyber intelligence operations.
His declassified awards include the CSEC Excellency Award and the Chief of the Defence Staff Commendation. While working alongside British and American counterparts, Pierre lead teams of 100+ members to combat the most advanced cyber threats originating from both state and non-state actors.

Having spent the better part of the past 15 years in key leadership and technical advisory roles within the Communication Security Establishment Canada (CSEC) where he grew advanced cyber operations teams, Marc is uniquely positioned to expertly mentor Arc4dia’s developers, analysts, and operators alike in facing the evolving APT landscape. Receiving multiple classified awards for excellence during his tenure at CSEC, Marc is routinely invited to participate in international fora on cyber warfare and is a sought after voice in shaping policy and defensive strategies to contest APT presence on friendly networks around the globe.
Will served in the Canadian Prime Minister’s Office as Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff.As a commissioned army officer, he led a specialized team that conducted operations in the Panjwaii District of Kandahar Province,Afghanistan. Will is a recipient of the Campaign Star, SouthWestAsia and Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medals.
Benoit is a versatile software developer, programmer and hacker, as well as a gifted teacher and communicator. He has worked as a researcher in systems simulation, numerical optimization, statistical modeling and signal and image processing, completing a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the École Polytechnique of Montréal. Throughout his stint in academia, he has built and taught multiple courses in computer science, information technology and engineering. He takes it as a personal mission to build upon and disseminate Arcadia's technical expertise, in order to help businesses to protect and defend themselves from cyber threats.
Tim Coderre served for 25 years in the Canadian military where he spent the last 10 years directing Defensive Cyber Operations for both the US DoD while at US Strategic Command and later for the Canadian DND as the Director of Operations of the Canadian Forces Network Operations Centre. During this period, Tim directed the resolution of 100,000s of cyber attacks and coordinated the response efforts of 1000s of military, civilian and industry personnel across global enterprises (5,000,000 plus computers) while sustaining war-fighting and core business activities in a contested cyber environment in real-time.
Tim has routinely been engaged to provide decision-quality advice to military and civilian leadership up to the national executive levels of both the US and Canada. He has also been a valued contributor to multi-national capacity building efforts regarding cyber operations for the past decade.As both a Cyber Operations and Information Operations expert, Tim has extensive deployed experience around the globe as both a senior military officer and later as a consultant to the World Bank’s Fragile and Fractured States Division.
For his work in Cyber Operations, Tim was awarded the US Defence Meritorious Service Medal and the Canadian Deputy Minister/Chief of Defence Staff Innovation Award. Tim is currently completing the Canadian Armed Forces doctrine for the conduct of military Cyber Operations.
